If it appears correctly on a different theme, but not with Dawn, you'll want to speak with our live support team about this so that they can troubleshoot your theme with you in more detail. If a different theme is displaying your collection the same way (with the incorrect number of products per page), this likely isn't a theme-specific issue, but something to do with a setting in the admin. If it's still not working after that, I recommend testing out a different theme to see if you notice the same issues with your collection. If your Default collection template is configured to show up to 20 products per page like this and a collection using that template shows less than 20 products per page, this often means the collection has less than 20 products in it, some of the products have been hidden from the online store, or product(s) are out of stock and your collection is set up to hide out of stock items.

How are you configuring your collections to show 20 products per page? Are you doing this within your theme editor like in the screenshot below?.

When you say the product count is incorrect for your list of products, do you mean your product list in your Shopify Admin on the Products page? Or a list of products on your storefront (for example, one of the collections displayed on your storefront)?.

Do you mean that your collection shows 20 products per page sometimes, and at other times that same collection will show 10 products per page? Or that some collections show 20 products per page, and others show 10 or 11 products per page instead?.
